We provide a large variety of work options to suit your individual needs. We offer opportunities in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs education across the North East of England. For the remainder of the UK we currently offer opportunities within secondary education. Outside the UK we cover all sectors of education.
Day to day/short term work
This offers freedom to work when and where you wish. It can range from day to day supply at different schools or one or two weeks work in one school usually covering courses or sickness.
Day to day supply is an excellent way to work in a variety of schools and can give you a good insight into how they are run. It would suit an individual who wishes to have flexibility and variety in their working experience.
Please be aware that this work has more opportunities at certain times of the year and can also mean times where work is limited.
Long term work
Long term positions require you to take on complete responsibility of a full time classroom teacher. You will become involved in the school community and regarded as a regular member of staff. For teachers, other requirements will include attending parents' evenings, planning, assessment, attending staff meetings, liaising with educational specialists and being involved in professional development.
This offers security of pay and the opportunity to get to know the school and classes. You do need to commit for the period of the vacancy.
Permanent positions
There are a number of opportunities that may be available depending on your skills, experience and date of availability.

We offer a number of training courses in which we bring together highly regarded educationalists to deliver seminars on a wide range of topics.
