You will
need to dress in a professional manner and recommend men to wear shirt and tie and ladies to wear skirt/trousers or suit, with the exception of PE teachers. Leggings, jeans and trainers are not acceptable standards of dress in any school. Please also remove any facial piercing, with the exception of earrings, before arriving at school.

It is advisable to have a file of lessons/activities that can be used for assignments in situations where no work has been set. If work has been set please ensure you follow this.
Arrival at school
You are expected to
arrive at school no later than 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise advised. On arrival, please inform the nursery/school reception and sign in. Please familiarize yourself with Health and Safety procedures, fire drill, discipline policy and facilities etc.
End of school day
Prior to leaving school please make sure all work has been marked, the classroom has been left in a tidy order and you sign out at the main reception. Please also make sure all handover information is left where required.
Hands off policy
It is illegal
in the UK to have any form of physical contact with a child in the form of discipline. It is a condition of inclusion on our register that you comply with this and do not implement any form of physical discipline.
