Ensure that you know about the National Curriculum
Prepare detailed examples/scenarios to illustrate
your skills or qualities i.e. ability to deal with challenging class,
knowledge of subject area, abilities as a teacher/support personnel
Prepare a portfolio of projects undertaken or any
examples that enhance your skills
Prepare evidence of personal skills (i.e. initiative,
communication, self-motivation and enthusiasm)
