This is a free service. Agencies
make their money by finding teachers/support personnel work and
charging the client, in this case, schools.
There are two ways charges are made to schools.
Either a daily charge rate, which means the recruitment agency are
responsible for paying you an agreed rate and deducting Tax and
National Insurance (NI) contributions accordingly.
The second way is where you are employed at the
school, the school pay you to deduct your Tax and National Insurance
(NI) and the school is charged an introduction fee by the agency.
